Group Health Clifton E-Visits
E-Visits Now Available
Group Health Clifton now is offering E-Visits through MyChart! An E-Visit is a convenient, affordable and secure way to receive care for 10 common, non-urgent medical issues (see list below). Interaction with a provider happens in writing (these are not video visits).
How it Works
- Log on to your MyChart account**, click on the “Messaging” tab, and click “E-Visit” to complete a symptom questionnaire explaining your condition.
- Pay $35 by credit card or your Health Savings Account (HSA)
- Receive a recommended course of treatment via electronic message from a TriHealth provider on the same day (if submitted by 4 p.m.).*
*Please note that prescriptions for controlled substances such as narcotics will require you to be examined and treated at your primary care physician’s office; controlled substances will not be prescribed during an E-Visit.
Conditions Appropriate for an E-Visit
Back pain, diarrhea, headache, red eye/pink eye, urinary problems, cough, fatigue, heartburn, sinus problems, vaginal discharge/irritation
